Here at Pearl Snap Craft Co., we strive for customer satisfaction! While we can't offer exchanges or cancellations, you're welcome to return any product within 48 hours of receiving it if you're not happy with your purchase . We'll happily issue a full refund.

 

Considering the handcrafted nature of our products and due to the quick turnover of our seasonal collections, any return requests made after the initial 48-hour period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Personalized items are not eligible for returns. 

If an item arrives damaged, we are happy to come up with the best solution to help restore the wreath to it's intended state.
